KMB Signing In:
So its Thursday, and praise God because the week is almost over. I am currently sitting at my desk wondering WHY men in the workplace tend to not respect a strong woman force. There is one guy in particular that I work with who always feels the need to talk down to the women in the office as if we arent able to make our point on the issues. So of course, me being the loud person I am, called him out on it today. I told him that its highly unappreciated and down right disrespectful. I think he has a listening complex and I damn sure gave him my mind today. I feel like I have accomplished everything I needed to do today now!

I have begun working from home a lot more just because sometimes the work atmosphere can be too much. I like to be alone without all the work banter sometimes. I came back into work today and everyone said they actually missed me being around.

I have become the resident Relationship Advice person for the office. Everyone always seems to ask me questions about what to do with their men/women. I wonder how I became qualified for this position since I am not in a relationship myself. I find that to be funny. The advice I give them is usually from something I have seen from my many reality TV shows. I know that sounds terrible, but it seems to work. Dont come to me if you dont think im qualified...thats all im sayin folks.
